Idea to Implementation

This very thought of #YouSayWeDowas operationalized at Azilen through an interactive Employee Engagement initiative called “AziHi5”. AziHi5 Surveys are rolled out periodically where our people have an opportunity to provide their feedback on different aspects of Azilen, through very carefully crafted anonymous Surveys.

So, what are these Surveys, lets check-out

With AziHi5, Azilen introduced 2 types of surveys:

  • Employee Engagement Survey where we try and understand what people feel about all the aspects of work and various culture drivers.
  • Hiring & Onboarding Survey where we try to understand how has been the employee experience right from the first contact to the time they get on board with us.

Out of various clubs,  the Sports & Cultural club is the most happening club that ensures tons of moments of relaxation and rejuvenation with a Stay Connected program making a sense of community & togetherness more special, in and outside the office.

Reforming our LEAVES with what matters the Most

Thanks to the constant feedback, we revived our leave policy with what matters the most:

  • Paternity Leave
  • Birthday Leave
  • Marriage Leave
  • Anniversary leaves
  • Optional Holidays

Evaluate, Implement & Measure – Ultimate Goal of being ‘A Great Place to Work’

Every response received, is drawn into different dashboards for better analysis and insights. It is then brainstormed and detailed actionable plans with a timeline is derived, followed by a fine execution. It does not end there. The impact areas are measured to make sure that the received suggestions are on roll before it becomes #YouSaidWeDid.
