Busy planning a Halloween getaway? 🎃👻

We’ve been dedicated to compiling the top challenges of HRTech product companies at HRTech Las Vegas.

Anyway, let us first set the stage, after all, it was Vegas! 🌆🎰

So, HRTech Las Vegas is a one-of-a-kind event happening annually that brings together the entire HRTech fraternity.

Given our strong passion for NextGen HRTech product engineering, it was pretty obvious for us to exhibit at the event.

But we had some wild thoughts.

We were eager to uncover the primary challenges encountered by HRTech product companies.

Therefore, we invited them to share their challenges in the most unique style.

And guess what? 🤔🎉

The biggest challenge faced by every scale of HRTech companies is Integration & CX. 🔄🔗

But it was neither shocking nor surprising, rather it was eye-opening, not just for us, but for everyone.

It proves that even the finest product engineering, fancy features, and futuristic UI/UX aren’t enough to solve the critical CX issues.

What it requires is a simple integration.

Yes, CX and integration have a very unusual relation. 💑

And this leads us to the title of this blog – A Pumpkin Keeps the Goblins Away. And HRTech Product Integration Keeps Bad CX Away. 🎃👾🚫

How? Well, it enables end-users of the HRTech product to use the product with its maximum ROI mileage, thanks to real-time data sync between multiple HRTech systems they are using.

Integration not only enhances the value proposition of a single product on one end but also elevates the capabilities of the integrated product on the other, particularly because it involves bi-directional integration.

Eventually, the entire HRTech ecosystem gets a CX makeover. 🚀

And if integration solely isn’t enough for good CX, remember, features and UI/UX are already there to shoulder the CX weight of the product!

Beyond CX & Integration

Product modernization is the second most common challenge faced by HRTech product companies. 📈🔄

Based on our discussions, we concluded that the changing nature of work and rising ambitions of acquiring more users with product expansion are what leave product companies with the only option of modernizing their products.

But what restricts them are the tech debt and finding the right talent & SMEs.

When they have built their products initially, they have duct-taped the product components and services.

This limits the product modernization scope. To delimit it, what they would require is talent! 🌟👩‍💻

Azilen being a full-fledged product engineering company assisted several HRTech companies we met in Las Vegas with solutions.

Because we believe that it’s never a single product that suffers, it’s always the entire global workforce that suffers!
